What types of events do you organize?
We specialise in a wide variety of events: vibrant pool parties, themed birthday & social parties, corporate exhibitions and get-togethers, large festivals and carnivals, and more. (See our Services page for full categories.)
How far in advance should I book my event?
Ideally we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead for small to medium private parties, and 2–3 months (or more) for largeticket events like festivals or exhibitions so we can secure venues, vendors and decor to match your vision.
Can I customise the theme, décor and activities?
Absolutely. We work closely with you from concept development through execution to tailor the look, feel and activities of the event according to your brand, style and goals.
What is included in your event‐planning service?
Our full service includes: venue sourcing, décor design, catering coordination, entertainment (DJs, live acts), technical production (sound/lighting), guest registration/logistics, on-site event management and breakdown. You get one dedicated event coordinator as your main contact throughout.
What is the pricing structure?
Pricing depends on event size, venue, number of guests, theme & level of services required. After an initial consultation we provide a customised quote outlining all costs. We also offer package options for common event types for easier budgeting.
Do you work outside of Canada (or your base location)?
Yes — depending on the scope we can operate in multiple locations. We’ll handle logistics for venues, travel, local vendors and staffing as needed. Please let us know the location during inquiry so we can assess feasibility.
How do you ensure quality and reliability?
We bring years of experience, trusted vendor relationships, and a dedicated on-site team to manage every event detail. Our goal is to minimise stress for you and deliver a seamless, high-impact experience for your guests.
What happens if there’s a change of plans or unexpected issue on the day?
We build contingency plans into the event schedule and maintain flexibility. A lead event manager remains on-site to manage any changes, vendor coordination or last-minute guest-requirements, ensuring things carry on smoothly.
How many guests can you handle?
We handle everything from intimate gatherings (50-100 guests) to large scale festivals/ exhibitions with several thousand attendees. Please share your expected guest count early so we can plan venue, staffing and logistics accordingly.
